About Studio RWE

Why Studio RWE exists

Most real-world evidence programs are shaped in a grey zone between science, operations and budgets. Teams often rely on fragmented conversations, informal rules and Excel templates to decide whether a study is truly worth pursuing.

Studio RWE was created to make that process more transparent, structured and honest – without losing the nuance that clinicians and medical affairs teams bring to the table.

How it is built & how it should be used

Studio RWE is designed as a layered decision support tool – not a replacement for clinical judgement or local expertise. The engine is intentionally transparent: you can see the pillars, the logic and the trade-offs that drive each view of feasibility.

Use it to:

• Frame and refine early-stage RWE concepts.
• Stress-test proposals before internal or external buy-in.
• Align medical, commercial, HEOR and operations on what “feasible” means.
• Document why a study is Go, Conditional Go or No-Go at a given point in time.

Do not use it to:

• Override clinician or site-level judgement.
• Replace detailed protocol and statistical planning.
• Promise exact budgets or timelines to stakeholders.
